We understand that many of your photos are old, fragile, or perhaps already damaged. We handle each one with care. We accept photos of any size, age, or condition. We are often the last hope of preservation before a cherished memory is lost.

We handle all of it with great care, and with cotton gloves so that no skin oils are left on your memorabilia and so that we can carefully remove any dust or debris before obtaining a clean scan.

We can handle all of these types of printed photos and more, including tintypes, cabinet cards, and photos stuck to glass, whether in the frames or not.

We ensure every image is rotated and enhanced to reflect the original image as closely as possible. Remember that the final digital image is only as clear and clean as the item you wish us to scan.

We also handle full, photo restoration. Give us your stained, torn, creased, scratched, and molded slides and photos and we will restore it to its original state. This intensive process is an additional $40 per image.

Negatives are dark-colored strips, most often comprised of three or four images. We digitally scan each image separately, handling them with cotton gloves to avoid leaving skin oils on the image and to help remove dust before scanning.

VHS tapes - Digital transfer

Video tape degrades over time making your home movies increasingly unwatchable the longer you wait, losing picture quality or audio. The tapes also become brittle to the point of breaking. We transfer your movies from standard VHS tapes (and some DVDs) to digital mp4 files that you can download and watch right away, or edit into new movies on your computer and share with others. You can receive the file from a secure and free downloadable link or ask us for a USB drive.
